Commercial Lawyer

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to work at one of Perth's highly regarded boutique corporate and commercial law firms. This role will see you working with a variety of clients including small businesses, high net worth family groups, indigenous corporations, and publicly listed overseas companies. They help their clients navigate through the ebbs and flows of business by working closely to deliver effective legal solutions.
Working alongside the Legal Director, this role will involve general commercial law, including respect to property developments, leasing, advice on structuring personal estates, businesses & transactions, and commercial contract drafting, review, and advice. The firm separately provides property conveyancing services.
Skills/Experience: 4+ years in general commercial lawStrong attention to detail, drafting, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with team members, referrers, and clientsExperience in commercial dispute resolution would be advantageous but not essentialDesire to grow and develop long term with the businessIn return, you will get: Genuine career progressionThis is a boutique firm with a relatively informal structure and an open, friendly workplace.
