About the roleW3Global is seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join one of their leading client's dynamic firm in their Sydney office.
In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic, high-quality, and commercially-focused legal advice to support the growth and success of our global technology business.
What you'll be doing Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreementsAdvising on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint venturesProviding guidance on regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and data privacySupporting the delivery of new products and services by identifying and mitigating legal risksContributing to the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies, and processesMentoring and supervising more junior members of the legal teamWhat we're looking for 3+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally gained at a leading law firm or in-house legal teamStrong technical legal expertise across a broad range of commercial practice areasProven ability to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented advice to internal stakeholdersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior lawyersA commercial mindset and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
