This opportunity will suit a hardworking, diligent, detail orientated, client focused and technically strong lawyer who strives to achieve effective results for their clients. The Successful Applicant 3+ years post admission commercial law experience;Excellent drafting skills of all matters listed above; and extremely high attention to detailExperience in the following areas of commercial work - commercial & retail leasing, commercial ventures/property development and general business structuring is desired;Comfortable with technology and systems (at least basic knowledge of PEXA) A friendly person with a positive and supportive attitude, with the ability to adapt and be flexible;An ability or willingness to adopt a mentoring and leadership role;Excellent advisory, negotiation and advocacy skills; What's on Offer Salary is negotiable based on your experience.Work in a supportive and modern office environment.Easy access to public transport and parking facilities.Join an energetic conveyancing team who take great pride in achieving top quality results for their clients.
