Position Overview:
As a General Commercial Lawyer at our client's firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial matters, ranging from contract negotiations to regulatory compliance and more. While litigation experience is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a broad spectrum of commercial legal issues
Provide legal advice and support on commercial transactions
Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts
Conduct legal research and analysis as required
Requirements:
Junior Lawyer: 1+ years of experience (minimum), with a strong foundation in commercial law.
Senior Lawyer: 4+ years of experience (minimum), with a proven track record in handling complex commercial matters.
Litigation experience is a plus but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
