The role
You will work directly with highly regarded partners and lawyers in a specialist commercial team. The team complete a broad range of high-quality commercial work for a breadth of clients such as shareholder agreements, leasing, commercial property purchases and governance matters. With an established client base and a strong pipeline of work, you will have the opportunity to be involved in matters from initial instructions to completion while enjoying the support of mentors and peers.
About you
Due to continued growth an opportunity exists for a junior commercial lawyer to join this innovative firm. This role would suit a proactive and motivated lawyer wanting to progress their career by working for a specialist commercial firm.
In addition, you will have:
1 - 3 years PAE in commercial law. Experience in property law desirable but not essential.Initiative and are keen to learn and develop their technical skills in commercial law.Drive to deliver the best outcomes for your clients, and ability to work as part of a positive team. Why this role?
