This is a chance to build on an existing practice and make it your own over time.YOUYour skills will include having worked on:high value business sale and purchase transactionsshare sales and purchasesbusiness structuringdrafting and negotiating shareholder, unitholder and partnership agreements across various industries including FMCG, retail, medical and manufacturingdrafting and negotiating commercial contracts including supply agreements and T&Cs for clients across sectors such as health care, hospitality and technologyadvising high net worth individuals and family groups on tax effective structuring, business succession, and charitable givingadvising on complex estate planning mattersThis is a senior role, with an outstanding level of work, which is varied and challenging.
