Your skills will include having worked on:

high value business sale and purchase transactionsshare sales and purchasesbusiness structuringundertaking initial seed capital fund-raisingdrafting and negotiating shareholder, unitholder and partnership agreements across various industries including FMCG, retail, medical and manufacturing.drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including supply agreements and T&Cs for clients across sectors such as health care, hospitality and technology.advising high net wealth individuals and family groups on tax effective structuring, business succession, and charitable givingadvising on complex estate planning matters.This is a senior role, with an outstanding level of work, which is varied and challenging.
