Job Description This position offers a diverse range of opportunities and to work alongside experienced lawyers in a fast paced environment. With the ability and autonomy to act in commercial matters, this role requires you to advise on: Commercial Leasing Business Sale & Purchase Business Structure Shareholder Agreements Contract Advice Franchisors and Franchisees This opportunity will suit a hardworking, diligent, detail orientated, client focused and technically strong lawyer who strives to achieve effective results for their clients. The Successful Applicant 3+ years post admission commercial law experience; Excellent drafting skills of all matters listed above; and extremely high attention to detail Experience in the following areas of commercial work - commercial & retail leasing, commercial ventures/property development and general business structuring is desired; Comfortable with technology and systems (at least basic knowledge of PEXA) A friendly person with a positive and supportive attitude, with the ability to adapt and be flexible; An ability or willingness to adopt a mentoring and leadership role; Excellent advisory, negotiation and advocacy skills; What's on Offer Salary is negotiable based on your experience.
