We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic and growing firm.Role You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of commercial matters. This includes advising on and drafting commercial leases, sale/purchase of businesses, shareholder's agreements, commercial contract negotiation and drafting, as well as all ancillary and general commercial advice. The position may also involve assisting in litigation matters including building disputes, leasing disputes, debt recovery (or similar). You will work closely with our Directors and have the opportunity to lead significant client engagements.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive legal advice on a variety of commercial matters.Lead and manage commercial matters.Draft and negotiate complex contract and/or leases.
