Our client is a boutique commercial law firm located in the leafy inner suburbs of Melbourne. With an impressive client base, the firm holds a stellar reputation within the legal industry providing strategic advice on a breadth of commercial and corporate legal matters.

Due to organic growth within the Commercial practice group, our client is seeking to hire an additional lawyer with 5+ years PAE where your focus will be providing expert advice to large commercial assets in the health and medical industries along with SME clients. This is a truly diverse and interesting opportunity that will take you out of your comfort zone and accelerate your practicing career.

The work is very high-level and you will join a small team, working directly with the Principal Solicitor who is described as being not only a lovely person and an incredible operator but is a dynamic leader who genuinely cares about the careers of those within the team.

As the successful person for this fantastic new opportunity, it is expected that you will bring strong drafting skills having been developed in an Australian law firm's commercial practice group where you have had exposure to high-level work and blue-chip clients. It is essential that you have a flexible mindset and have the drive to continue developing your career in the legal industry - this opportunity has been created with the view of progression and could eventually lead to a Partnership offering with the firm.
