About the position: Our client is searching for motivated Commercial Lawyers ready to follow a structured career progression path.
Tackle a variety of commercial law matters, including contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

5-Year Progression Plan: Year 1-2: Foundational Growth Junior Lawyers: Develop a strong foundation in commercial law with diverse case exposure and mentorship.

Year 3: Professional Development Junior Lawyers: Increase responsibility, manage your own caseload, and mentor new hires.
Senior Lawyers: Specialize in complex areas, contribute to firm strategy, and attend advanced training.
Year 4: Leadership and Specialisation Junior Lawyers: Lead teams, specialize in preferred areas, and participate in firm projects.
Senior Lawyers: Assume leadership roles, shape firm policies, and manage high-profile cases.
