About the position: Our client is seeking a Lawyer with 2 years of PAE to join their Corporate and Commercial Advisory Team on a permanent full-time basis.
This team supports clients across various sectors, including SMEs, listed entities, and government bodies.
The successful candidate will manage corporate and commercial transactions, provide comprehensive advice, and support business development activities.
