Commercial Lawyer 3-5 years PAEYou will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of work including corporate transactions, private business, joint ventures, insolvency, business restructuring and succession, as well as general commercial contracting. You will work with a range of clients (including start-ups) across a wide range of sectors including mining, engineering, technology, health, finance, Not for Profits as well as the individual directors of many of these businesses.
