Prepare pre-renewal summaries of insurance, proposals, invoices, binders, certificates, ID cards, policies, endorsements, and other related items.Review client contracts and endorse policies to meet requirements if needed. Process renewals, review audits of policies, verify accuracy, and facilitate corrections if needed.Verify policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.Document all activity, phone calls, emails and correspondence in Applied Epic system.Daily follow-up on un-routed attachments, open activities, and other EPIC tasks.Address incoming mail, email, fax and phone requests.Assist with other tasks necessary.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
