Leadership opportunity with iconic global organisation B2B solution selling within the Industrial Lubricants sector $$$Generous Salary package including vehicle, bonus and benefits We represent a progressive global organisation which has a very well respected name in the innovative Oil and Lubricant industry, driving continued customer engagement across multiple channels within the Commercial and Industrial sector such as Agriculture, Mining, Transport, Marine, Civil Construction etc.
They now seek an inspiring, hands-on and driven sales manager, a true leader of the people, to bring proven success via their strategic sales approach, industry knowledge & dynamic presence.
Leading a high performing field-based sales team within NSW/ ACT, you will work closely with the senior management team to essentially grow revenue in the region, via direct & partner channels.
The focus is on clear & influential communication, achieving results via a unified & robust growth plan for the expanding product range and exciting new entries into additional markets.
Additionally, you will manage your own portfolio of major accounts whilst identifying and delivering strategic, larger new business acquisitions.
The successful candidate will embody success, with a minimum of 3 years in a State Sales Manager role, boast a down to earth and engaging leadership style, be a highly organised individual with not only strong commercial acumen but one who has the desire to collaboratively generate new ideas & contribute to the bigger picture.
Your key, unwavering focus is to improve team engagement, foster a shared vision & essentially enhance results.

You'll also be a commercially savvy, data driven sales leader with a team orientated, 'ego checked at the door' attitude.
To be considered for this role you must possess: demonstrated expertise leading a sales team to drive positive change and achieve results a relevant business or engineering degree previous experience within the lubricants industry across the commercial and industrial sector.
passion, enthusiasm, drive & sales leadership capability proven results in B2B sales / sales management key account & distribution channel partnership management proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM etc.
