Our PartnerOur client, based in Melbourne's CBD, is one of Melbourne's leading Commercial Real Estate Agencies and offers a full service to clients across sales, leasing, owners corporation management and asset management.Your RoleThe role involves managing the Owners Corporation of 55 business parks around Melbourne. You will work within a team of about 10 Owners Corporation Managers. Some of your duties would include:Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant owners corporations.Provide administrative and management support to Owners Corporations as required, including selection and maintenance of appropriate insurances, provision of routine and emergency maintenance of Owners Corporation areas.Develop, prepare and maintain budgets for individual Owners Corporations and provide reports as required, including annual reports.Ensure that all relevant financial reports and annual returns are accurate and complete.Provide accounts payable and receivable services and collect contributions from Owners Corporation members.Preparation and distribution of notices, agendas and minutes.Convene, support and chair Annual General Meetings, special meetings and committee meetings as required.Your AdvantageTo be considered for this opportunity, you will have worked as an Owners Corporation Manager previously, across Commercial or Industrial properties.Your Casa Contact: Justine Buhrmann, DirectorPhone Number: 0402 922 591Email: ****** to make a move that feels like home?
