Suitable for an experienced Commericial Air Conditioning technician with Australian work rights to provide commercial service and maintenance for Supermarkets and High rise appartments trhoughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast area  Requires: AustralianAir Conditioning qualifications Salary guide: Based on experience Location: Brisbane/Gold Coast, Queensland Your normal day will involve : Starting from home, you'll open your SimPro app on your phone and head off to your first site via your fully stocked and maintained company vehicle.
You'll then find yourself  Performing service and maintenance on commercial air conditioning systems Conducting routine checks and troubleshooting issues on ducted systems and air-conditioning units Interacting directly with clients to provide high-quality service Utilizing SimPro for job scheduling and updates After hours call-out work is very rare, although being available is required  Your next employer is a well-established, small to medium sized team that has been running for over 15 years.
They have very low staff turn over.
The company handles maintenance, commissioning and service of commercial airconditioning systems throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
They offer stability, a supportive team environment with 5 service technicians, and direct access to management for quick decision-making.
You will need: Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Current ARCtick licence Driver's license Ability to work independently  Full Australian working rights Ability to diagnose and service HVAC systems Fluent and clear verbal/written communication in English Traveling between Gold Coast and Brisbane  Job benefits include: Company vehicle and standard tools provided.
Limited after-hours calls, although on-call availability is required.
