Full Time Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia.
The Company produces 110koz of gold annually from two operations – the Plutonic Gold Mine in WA & the Henty Gold Mine in Australia.
It also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo.
The Company plans to bring four new mining areas at Plutonic into production over the next 12 to 18 months, growing Group production to 200koz of gold.

Quarterly Bonuses The Role As the Commercial Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the accounting function and be directly responsible for delivering financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
The Commercial Manager shall also oversee the site supply function, site-based contracts, and site accommodation and charter flights.
In this role, you will support the General Manager in achieving the organisation's strategic goals, while also working closely with Operational Managers on commercial and business issues.

Key Responsibilities: Leading the accounting function on site including all reporting, cost control, budgets and forecasting.
Review site capital expenditure prior to approval.
Provide mentoring and coaching to department heads for cost accountability.
Maintain the consistent quality of contracts and procurement administration and management in alignment with the requirements of the Company's and projects costs, schedule, quality, governance and risk procedures.
Manage relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders effectively.
Ensuring high standards are maintained in relation to onsite accommodation and that charter flights are delivered efficiently and cost effectively.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering on all aspects of the accounting/finance function and driving the commercial, contracts, and procurement functions within a mining contractor or miner.
You will bring a relevant tertiary qualification and have a genuine desire to contribute to the success of this growing business.
