This global FMCG business is a major player within its industry. The company has several market-leading brands and an established local customer base. The business is currently going through an exciting period of growth and change, so although this role is a parental leave contract, there are potentially longer-term opportunities.
This position plays a critical role in helping sales and marketing achieve its strategic goals. The successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities, including ensuring that the marketing leadership team has an in-depth understanding of business performance and drivers of profitability, ensuring that promotional investment remains within agreed standards, and providing decision support capability around campaigns. You will strongly focus on developing business partnering and take ownership of the return on investment modelling.

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrable experience in providing financial and commercial analysis within an FMCG or Retail environment. You will have strong financial modelling skills and be comfortable discussing financial terms with non-financial stakeholders. You will also have experience in partnering with marketing and innovation teams.
