In this dynamic position, you'll take ownership of creating and delivering accurate financial reports, developing insightful performance analyses, and assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
This position is full time and can be based at our Group Head Office in East Maitland or remotely in Melbourne Victoria with Group Commercial Manager.
This is a hands-on role that involves partnering with various stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and organizational growth.
You'll also support compliance with financial reporting requirements, including ASX and Board submissions, and have the opportunity to contribute to key finance projects that improve efficiency and accuracy.
Your day-to-day will include:
Planning & Budgeting: Partnering with stakeholders to develop multi-year business plans and annual budgets, including monitoring financial health and identifying areas for improvementPerformance Analysis: Producing detailed business performance reports, tracking key performance indicators, and providing recommendations to improve operational effectivenessForecasting: Developing rolling financial forecasts, including cash flow and balance sheets, to support continuous business planning and adaptabilityFinancial Strategy Support: Assisting in financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic investment decision-making processesCollaboration: Working closely with the broader Finance team and organizational leaders to deliver accurate data and actionable insightsAbout youThis role is perfect for a proactive finance professional who thrives on solving complex problems, loves working with data, and enjoys making an impact through strategic financial insight.
