A competitive advantage is something we are looking to leverage as we set up for global expansion that leads us to seek a strong Commercial Finance Analyst who has experience and an interest in supporting a Chief Finance Officer through a journey of scaling up for global expansion.
About the Role As the Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in transitioning the business through an ERP implementation and ultimately to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organisation. The initial focus will be to play a key part in the ERP implementation team to ensure the system design is fit for purpose from a Finance perspective.
You will be responsible for analysing financial data, developing insights, and providing recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency. Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is essential.
The role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The ability to collaborate with colleagues at every level of accountability and at all locations throughout the organisation is essential.
More specifically: ERP readiness: Play a fundamental role in the ERP implementation team ensuring that across each function the Finance implications are fully understood, workable, and at best practice.
