We are looking for a finance professional to help us implement a new ERP system that will provide the framework that underpins our operational success.

A competitive advantage is something we are looking to leverage as we set up for global expansion that leads us to seek a strong Commercial Finance Analyst who has experience and an interest in supporting a Chief Finance Officer through a journey of scaling up for global expansion.

About the Role As the Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in transitioning the business through an ERP implementation and ultimately to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organisation.

The initial focus will be to play a key part in the ERP implementation team to ensure the system design is fit for purpose from a Finance perspective.

You will be responsible for analysing financial data, developing insights, and providing recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is essential.

The role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
The ability to collaborate with colleagues at every level of accountability and at all locations throughout the organisation is essential.

More specifically: ERP readiness Play a fundamental role in the ERP implementation team ensuring that across each function the Finance implications are fully understood, workable and at best practice.

Train users where appropriate.

Factory Cost Analysis and Reporting Expertise in Manufacturing cost structures, bill of material costing, variance reporting and an ability to capture / analyse / report.

Productivity Identify cost efficiency opportunities and work cross functionally to deliver efficiency outcomes.

Product performance: Measure product performance, produce SKU profitability analytics and support margin progression across the business.

Cross-Functional Support Assist business partners in sales, marketing and operational teams with the analysis and interpretation of financial data and assist in identifying the appropriate levers to optimise business performance and growth.

Develop financial models to evaluate new product launches and pricing strategies where required.

Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market conditions.

Data Management Oversee the maintenance of financial data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
