Commercial EstimatorKey Responsibilities Preparing comprehensive cost estimates based on project specifications and drawings
Preparing tenders
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and material availability
Maintain detailed documentation
Project Management assistance
Client liaison
The Applicants Skills Significant experience as an Estimator - experience in commercial glazing being advantageous 
Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Produce quantity take offs from plans
System knowledge of Logikal - desirable but not essential
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
Excellent communication and negotiations skills both written and oral
