Provide scope of works and calculate estimates as required Prepare Quotations and Tenders for submission Prepare construction methodologies, site establishments, programs and other submission requirements as required for Request for Quotations / Tenders. Prepare site reports as required Manage Tender Process with relevant staff and contractors Manage Project Management software for Tender / Quotes requests for subcontractors and suppliers. Manage Handover of successful tenders to Project Management Team Manage and update Tender Workload. Keep Executive Management Team updated in regards potential workload requirements. Review completed projects costs against estimates as a part of the Project completion process with Project Managers and Finance team, Attend & contribute to meetings Educational Requirements and Relevant Experience General construction induction training card - White Card Drivers licence At least 3 years within the Construction Industry 3+ years' experience in construction estimating with a strong focus on the ever-changing construction industry within the NT. Ideal candidate will have experience in Procore and or Cost X Proficiency's in using industry specific software and tools for estimating and quantity take-offs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret project plans and specifications accurately. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively interact with clients, internal teams and subcontractors. Detailed oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong organisation skills and a high level of accuracy in estimating A proactive and self-motivated attitude, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
