We are providing an opportunity for a highly skilled Commercial Director to drive the commercial strategy for bids and contracted projects, leading and supporting commercial elements of Defence projects, including procurement planning, negotiating and contract formation ensuring compliance with legislation, procurement policies, processes and procedures across all contract development activities as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives to accelerate growth.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for major contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.Compliance: Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.About YouBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
