Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Strategic Insights: Provide robust analysis of financial, operational, and market data to guide business direction. Develop and maintain dashboards for key metrics, including KPIs, project profitability, resource utilisation, and contract performance, offering senior stakeholders real-time visibility and actionable insights.Senior Management Reporting: Generate data reports that support planning, budgeting, and performance evaluations for senior management, translating complex data into clear, strategic insights to drive decision-making across the organisation.Comprehensive Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms, ensuring they align with risk management and operational protocols. Oversee compliance and mitigate risks, while managing contract renewals, updates, and terms to support uninterrupted business operations.End-to-End Tender Management: Lead the full tender process, from initial Request for Quotation (RFQ) through to submission. Work closely with internal teams to compile technical, operational, and financial data, creating compelling proposals that highlight our strengths, solutions, and value. Your goal is to maximise win rates and secure key contracts.Continuous Improvement & Process Optimisation: Participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency across commercial and contract management functions. Standardise workflows, templates, and processes, supporting smoother operations and promoting consistency. Provide insights for ERP system updates, ensuring data accuracy and optimising the system for commercial needs. Qualifications & Experience Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a bonus, particularly in areas supporting commercial or operational expertise.Industry Experience: 3-5 years' experience in commercial analysis, contract management, or tendering within industrial or engineering sectors, with an ability to navigate complex contract requirements and robust commercial frameworks.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualisation tools is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems, especially those with contract and financial management modules, will be valuable in streamlining operations and generating insights.Continuous Improvement Knowledge: Exposure to methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri is beneficial, particularly for a role focused on process optimisation and standardisation.
