Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that ensures the integrity and soundness of our commercial lending decisions? As the Commercial Hindsight Manager at BOQ Group, you will be at the forefront of providing assurance on the Bank's commercial lending activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Credit Hindsight, you will oversee a diverse portfolio that includes syndicated lending, commercial lending, property development and investment lending, SME lending, equipment finance, floorplan lending, structured finance, and novated leasing.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing loan origination, credit decisions, loan documentation and settlement, account management, and risk grading. You will ensure that all credit decisions align with the Bank's policy, risk appetite, and legislative requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining BOQ Group's reputation for prudent and responsible lending practices.

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial lending and credit risk management. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you have a keen eye for identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at working with various departments to achieve common goals.
Your experience in managing complex lending portfolios and your ability to provide insightful recommendations will be invaluable in this role.
