Interstate applicants are welcome to apply.Our long term client is a boutique specialist Commercial & Corporate Advisory legal firm based on the Gold Coast with offices also in Brisbane and soon to be Melbourne.This is a full-time or permanent part time role that can be based from their Gold Coast Headquarters or Brisbane office.Our client has an exceptional name in the corporate commercial law advisory space and are well known for assisting SMEs, crowdfunded start-ups, tech companies through to ASX listed companies whether they are in the start-up phase, scaling or exiting phase.Services offered to their clients include:Business setupBusiness, service & contractor agreementsBusiness sales & acquisitionsCapital & share raisingExpansion planningBoard strategyEmployee share schemeShare buy-back documentationTraining will be provided around any areas you might not have had exposure to from their service offering.Our client truly runs business very differently from your typical firm and has cultivated an exceptional culture with young high performing professionals.Some of the perks worth mentioning:Flexible start and finish times to suit your lifestyle / family life.

No day is the same.Salary offering is negotiable based on experience.
Range is $115k to $180k + SuperOur client is open to commercial and corporate lawyers with 3-8 years PAE and are open to candidates who are in the process of relocating to the Gold Coast from interstate.Interested?We are currently running interviews.
