Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Own and manage the entire tender process, from coordinating responses from key stakeholders to ensuring submissions are professional, concise, and on time.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and feedback. Facilitate smooth communication across departments to ensure that tender documents meet all requirements.Attention to Detail: Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and complete, flagging any issues or concerns as they arise, and addressing them proactively.Commercial Analysis: Provide analytical support to the commercial team as needed, assisting with data analysis and reporting on key business metrics.Supportive Role: Offer additional support to the commercial department on various tasks, helping to drive commercial success.Qualifications: Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication abilities, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively with various teams and departmentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Commercial experience, particularly in tender or bid management, is highly advantageousWhy Join Us?
