Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in our continued success and be a driving force in our journey towards a water-resilient world.The OpportunityWe currently have a new opportunity for a Commercial / Contract Administrator to join the team. With your expertise, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contractual aspects of infrastructure construction projects within the water industry, ensuring compliance with the New Engineering Construction (NEC4) contract model.You are well versed in maintaining transparency of project costs, managing claims, and overseeing subcontractor agreements on a cost-plus-fee basis. Your strength lies in collaborating with project managers, PMO team members and subcontractors to ensure all contractual requirements are met.You will bring :Tertiary qualifications in business administration, Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related disciplineProfessional certification such as MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent (preferred but not essential)Strong understanding of NEC4 contract principles and provisionsProven experience in contract administration or commercial management within the construction or infrastructure industryOur TeamAt Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
