Permanent opportunity - Melbourne based In this Commercial Consultant role, you will: Understand our customers, their needs, and how we can better and more effectively engage with them and deliver our industry leading products. Help set NAB's Small Business strategy. Strengthen NAB's Small Business customer proposition and increase the effectiveness of banker led and digital sales, working with our banking and service teams to identify, pilot, and implement change. Optimise application of risk to ensure efficient operations across distribution channels. Develop initiatives to understand and optimise cost to service, build share of wallet and processes. Generate insight from data to uplift how we work and improve our business. Foster and support a continuous improvement focus and mindset. What you will bring: Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
A track record of building rapport and credibility quickly with senior stakeholders. Ability to synthesize complex information to clearly and effectively communicate insights and recommendations (both verbally and written) to all audiences, including senior leaders. Ability to generate compelling insight from data and quantitative analysis. Experience in commercial and strategic problem solving with an ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems using structured thinking. Ability to build and maintain models that measure financial or sales and workload impacts from changes and initiatives.
