About the Opportunity Are you ready to make a significant impact in the food industry?
We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Partner to join our team and support the Head of Commercial in driving business strategy and delivering commercial outcomes that fuel the growth of our Wholesaler and Independent network operations.
In this Role Collaborate on strategy formulation and business transformation initiatives.
Provide commercial insight to support decision-making and drive profitability.
Partner with State teams across Logistics, Merchandise, and Operations to execute business strategies.
Assist in developing and managing the IGA Network Growth pipeline.
Deliver robust analysis, business cases, and insights to support state performance and growth.
Promote continuous improvement and cost optimisation across operations.
You're Likely a Match If 7+ years of commercial/business experience, ideally in Wholesale, Retail, or FMCG.
Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel and PowerBI skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
A proactive, service-oriented approach with a passion for small business.
Experience in complex environments, driving commercial outcomes and growth initiatives.
