Commercial Aquaculture Divers Full-Time/Casual Established in 1972, Stehr Group is recognised as one of Australia's leading seafood companies, specialising in the offshore ranching and grow-out of Southern Bluefin Tuna.
The Role: Diving duties during catching, transfers, harvesting and farming operations, including fish health monitoring, and cage, farm, and dive gear maintenance. The full-time position also includes off-season maintenance duties on vessels and in the net shed. Personal Abilities & Attributes: Physically fit and in safe condition for diving daily. Enjoys being part of a team and recognising team successes. Current ADAS Diver Part 2 or equivalent. Current AS2299 Diving Medical. Current First Aid Certificate. Current DAN O2 Provider or Advanced Resuscitation Certificate. Be available for tuna fishing and towing operations at sea (December – March). Experience in sea cage aquaculture operations advantageous. (Assistance provided for recertifying expired certificates.)
Excellent remuneration plus sea wages.
