with a start in October 2024. Experience working in or with Government (Commonwealth or State) is required for this role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in a related field (legal, commercial, contract management or procurement) for a minimum of 4 years. This is a flexible full-time position, meaning we are open to hiring on an employee or a contractor basis and offer a hybrid (wfh/on-site) working model. We are also open to part-time workers (minimum 3 days/week). The role:
As part of the Astryx team, you will provide commercial and procurement advice and support to multiple procurements in parallel. The procurements include infrastructure, ICT, and other industries. This role includes: drafting and delivering procurement advice and support to the client, including carrying out end-to-end procurements of various value and complexity; working with technical specialists to scope procurements and build statement of requirements; providing procurement lead services throughout commercial evaluation, negotiation and execution of procurements using appropriate client templates, including internal approvals; working with client legal and financial advisors where required to develop draft contracts suitable for activities; providing expert and considered advice to the client on specific procurement matters.
