Details of the offer

Operations is embedded in every business to support the firm's business functions and handle the end-to-end process management of all core production and client-servicing activities across each business. You'll join an Operations team within one of our lines of business or corporate functions to help manage our processes and services while growing business-specific expertise.
In the program you will work in a collaborative environment that teaches you how the Operations function helps deliver core services to the firm and its clients. The goal is to assist you in building a long-term career in our Operational support areas and help with their continued growth.
What to Expect
In this two-year program, you will be hired directly into one of our high performing Operations teams. During the program, you will work in a transformative environment that develops your skills and knowledge while delivering core services to the firm and its clients. This will enable you to build a long-term career within the firm.
You will make an impact in a specific Operations area, which could include payments, trading services, lending services, client management, employee operations and many others. Some examples of the impact you will make may include:

Helping with the end-to-end management of the client onboarding experience
Being responsible for processing and investigating client transactions for a variety of products
Data Analytics and Reporting support for operational functions

Your responsibilities will vary based on your team assignment. You'll help deliver key solutions to our clients in coordination with other JPMC teams. In addition, you will gain exposure to senior leaders and receive best-in-class training as part of a broader analyst community.
This program will give you the opportunity to learn about Operations and develop your career. You will be fully integrated within a high-performing team and make a clear impact for the organization and our clients. While driving your core responsibilities, you will be growing your bank product expertise and looking for ways to innovate within the space. In addition to on-the-job experience, you will be part of a community of other analysts and will attend social events, interact with senior leaders, and learn new skills.
Training
You'll begin with an induction training that will provide an overview of the firm, our lines of business, and technical skills. Over the course of the program, you'll have access to continuous training relating to both technical skills and professional development. Topics will cover how to best collaborate with internal clients, utilize design thinking techniques to improve our processes, and leverage data to inform the way you work.
Career Progression
Once you've successfully completed the two-year Operations Analyst Program, there will be opportunities for advancement within your team in the Operations organization based on your performance and expansion of the role.
