Opportunity to join a growing for purpose real estate fund in a commercial role focused on feasibility, research and development.
This growing, for purpose, real estate fund manager is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Analyst into their Sydney team to focus on Feasibility, Research and Development as they look to grow their portfolio of assets.
As the Commercial Manager, you will be at the heart of the organisation's operations, playing a pivotal role in the feasibility, acquisition, planning, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of developments.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include everything from identifying new development opportunities, analysis and research of markets and locations as well as feasibility studies on projects.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure each project's success.
Your ability to identify potential risks and devise effective mitigation strategies will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:Play an integral role in decisions around acquisitions and developments of new assets/projects across various locations around Australia.Work alongside the Directors in the planning process for all assigned projects, ensuring all aspects are considered and planned for.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.Requirements:The ideal candidate for this Development Manager position will bring experience in a Commercial Analyst, Development Analyst or consulting role focusing on real estate markets.
With at least three years' experience in feasibility or real estate development, you'll be well-versed in analysing assets, projects and locations.
Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, while your excellent problem-solving abilities will help you navigate any challenges that arise.
