YOUR ROLE We're seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst (Billing), based at our Kemps Creek NSW office, to ensure that CEVA customers are billed for services in line with their contracted rate cards; to conduct internal analysis on customer data in support of account management KPIs and relationships; and to be the SME on invoicing process and application.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will:
Extract or interpret operational data from WMS and other inputs to populate contract-specific billing templates as per the contractAct as an expert for the billing process, customer commercial changes, and system applicationCritique invoice details for accuracy and analyse for key trends to provide insight for operations and account management teamsPopulate and distribute KPIs to operations and account management teamsInfluence customer rate structure to simplify and standardise where possibleMaintain and support compliance with the reporting of commercials in line with finance business rulesSupport commercial and operational decisions with insightful analysis and information on volumes, revenue generation, benchmarking, and other KPIs.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate has solid experience gained in an analytical role in a commercial finance team / setting.
You should also have:
Advanced skills in MS Excel and ability to work effectively with data to infer, extract and translate into actionable insightsAbility to read, understand and interpret commercial contracts around rates / invoicing and systemise theseSound communication, time management and relationship management skills.In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
