And we'll do it as we've always done – together.Job DescriptionWhat you will do:Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the Commercial Analyst is responsible for leading analysis and reporting on activities to drive cost effective growth that will be key to NRMA Parks and Resorts achieving its ambitious growth targets. You will work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to support strategic decision making and be required to have close collaboration with the business to drive business performance, optimise resource allocation, and achieve strategic objectives. You will also:Build and maintain productive and trusted working relationships and influence across business functionsAct as a thought-leader by identifying areas of opportunity for the business, apply critical thinking over data sets, and challenge findings and recommendations where necessary to maximise business outcomesClearly articulate and present analysis, insights and recommendations to various stakeholder groups throughout the businessEnsure timely preparation, distribution and presentation of financial performance and key performance indicators (vs forecast and vs trends)Feed into and prepare accurate modelling and present summaries for the annual budget and forecastsDevelop reporting and tools to support business decision making using range of tools available (e.g. Excel, TM1, Tableau, Netsuite, etc.)What you will bring:3+ years of relevant experience in a Financial Analyst positionCA / CPA qualified (preferred, but not essential)Strong data analysis, modelling and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to make the complex simple and be adaptive to various levels of commercial savvy throughout the businessAbility to adapt to shifting business requirements and prioritiesAdvanced Excel skillsThe ability to pick up new databases and systems quicklyExperience using financial systems and Business Intelligence tools in a commercial environment (e.g. TM1, Tableau, etc.)SQL programming language skills (advantageous, but not essential)What's in it for you?At Parks & Resorts we are not just about discounts (although you do get these too).
