Your New Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will work closely with multiple manufacturing sites remotely. Partner with site General Managers and operations leadership teams in managing the site's finances and providing critical solutions to site issues by driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvement. The role will have a mixture of accounting and business partnering. The core tasks aligned to this position will include, but are not limited to:
Managing full P&L statement for the siteImproving the site's performance by providing senior leaders and stakeholders with contemporary financial management advice and solutions to support decision makingPreparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs, providing financial analysis of monthly results and business performanceGenerating site budgets and forecastsDriving cost-saving initiatives through analysing costs of raw materials, labour, assets, and finished goods
About You
You will preferably hold a CPA/CA or CIMA qualification3-5 years experience in a similar role within a complex manufacturing environmentStrong business partnering and relationship-building skills with excellent written and verbal communicationExpert on MS Excel (Macros/VBA's/PowerQueries)An eye for detail and can provide detailed analysis and in-depth reporting to accurately capture what is happening on the groundYour strong business partnering skills and your ability to influence will see you succeed in this roleAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
