These tools are the heart of our tracking and decision-making process.
The Analyst will be a key contributor to ensuring they remain accurate at all times but also relevant in an ever-changing landscape.
The Analyst will also assist in creating actionable insights to improve PMX commercial performance.
The role will assist the Head of Commercial for ANZ, as well as the broader PMX team.
Key outputs:Maintain and enhance PMX Commercial Reporting toolsAccountable for the update of all PMX Power BI dashboard, by ingesting the multiple data sources requiredTake care of the multiple stakeholders involved in the process from data suppliers to dashboard usersDrive automation with an aim to reduce processing timeParticipate in the development of new reporting capabilitiesReporting and analysisImprove forecast accuracy by monitoring multi-year trends, as well as market landscapeAccountable for delivering global reporting timely and accuratelyPrepare comprehensive investment report and performance summaries aimed at finding new opportunities and potential risksAssist the creation of ad-hoc in-depth analysisIdeal experience:Minimum 1-2 years experience in an Analyst roleTertiary education in Finance, Science, Statistics or Economics is advantageousStrong numerical and analytical experienceKnowledge of BI/Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI etc) and Excel is necessaryHighly organised with strong attention to detailAptitude to thrive in a busy environment, love finding a solution to problems and constantly striving to learn new things and growNatural team player, with a desire to collaborate and contribute culturallyAnalytical thinking and asking questions to clarify and challenge problemsNaturally open, transparent, candid and with positive energy, optimism and can-do attitudeIf you don't tick every box in this ad, please don't rule yourself out.
