Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd About the Role Hastings Deering is seeking a Commercial Analyst to focus on our Aftermarket and Technology solutions area. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role.
As a Commercial Analyst you will:
Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on financial performance. Analyse large datasets to extract insights and support business decisions. Develop and maintain commercial and financial models and analysis that delivers value-add insight into business drivers, linking actual and planned performance. Assist in the development of business strategies based on financial and market analysis. Analyse sales data to understand revenue trends and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Evaluate product performance and profitability. Support Services Growth programs to achieve market performance. Support Aftermarket and Technology solutions team through generating and maintaining key business reports. Support the preparation, evaluation and presentation of business planning tools including budgets and forecasts. General Business analytics support to Aftermarket solutions team. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
