Commercial Analyst - Sydney Office - Max term contract Domain Group's Commercial Performance team is a critical part of our Operations function, enabling our commercial teams to deliver for our customers.
There is a great 12 month opportunity within the Commercial Performance team to take a role leading key projects and driving both the ongoing target setting process for our teams and reporting on achievement to targets and incentive payment calculations.
Reporting to the Commercial Performance Manager you will partner and build relationships across all areas of the business.
This will see you:
Manage the end-to-end Revenue and KPI target setting process
Run the incentives calculations of multiple sales teams
Contribute to the overall Commercial Performance Framework including Reporting, Incentives, Target Setting and Governance
Develop new tactical reports that enable the identification of risks and opportunities
Be involved in and support Domain sales-related projects and initiatives
Contribute to our continuous improvement
