The RoleCollaborate with landlords, tenants, and contractors as directed by the Property ManagerManage incoming invoices from the PM Invoices Mailbox, including sending relevant quotes or job reports to the Property ManagerGenerate monthly reports for rent reviews, lease expiries/options, and MA expiries for the Property Manager's reviewProcess rent reviews, lease expiries/options, and MA expiries in Cirrus after receiving approval, ensuring necessary fees are raised in coordination with the trust accountantInitiate and maintain tenant and Lessor insurance renewals monthly, keeping records currentEnter and update details for new Lessors, tenants, suppliers, and leases in Cirrus as instructed by the Property ManagerAddress general tenant inquiries as needed and send arrears notices upon the Property Manager's instructionDistribute owner reports monthly, quarterly, and annually as provided by the Property ManagerThe Ideal Candidate6 months experience working in commercial property administrationA team player attitude with a collaborative approachHigh attention to detailClear communicator with strong written skillsAbility to work under pressure and multi-taskA keen interest to learn and growCorporate presentationBenefitsGough have placed 3 x staff in this business over the last 3 years, all who have provided great feedbackSupportive management that fosters growthA company that likes to promote withinNational presenceFlexible hoursPlease call Jessica Platt on for more information or email your CV to .
