The Commercial Administration Role Role Leasing & contracts administration Requisitioning quotes for project works Reviewing entry condition & make good reports Updating databases & software Assisting the manager in anything else that needs to be done Assisting with admin support Prepare and update pre-listing kits Prepare appraisal documentation Co-ordinate and attend all appointments for marketing Upload all marketing to online portals Responding to email enquiries Database management & entry General Sales administrative tasks Preparing offer documentation and determining associated pre-conditions where applicable.
Preparing legal instructions for external solicitors Compiling and reviewing settlement directions.
ABOUT YOU: A passion for a career in Real Estate Min 12 months experience in real estate Must hold a qld real estate certificate Enthusiastic and friendly personality If you feel you have been undervalued in your current admin role this may be the role for you.
