The role Birdeye, a next-generation business reputation and customer experience platform that reimagines how customer feedback is used to acquire and retain connected customers, is looking for a rockstar Up-Market Account Executive for our mid-market, commercial and, eventually, enterprise businesses. If you possess the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in sales, this is an opportunity that you cannot afford to miss. What you'll be doing Drive sales growth by finding and closing business in our Mid-market and commercial segments. Close complex deals involving multiple C-Suite decision-makers and stakeholders. Work with your team to build custom presentations/demonstrations of our product for prospective clients. Run effective proof-of-concept campaigns to prove Birdeye's value. Report on sales activity and metrics in our CRM. Manage the full sales cycle in a team selling environment. Work closely with Product and Customer care teams. Manage pipeline, sales activity and have the ability to accurately forecast. Work hard, play hard. We need to have fun as we succeed. Requirements Things important to us Minimum of 3 months of outbound end-to-end sales experience. Proven sales experience Saa S (B2 B or B2 C). Proven track record achieving sales KPIs. A consultative approach to sales and customer service. Highly confident both over the phone and in person. Ability to quickly build rapport. Perseverance, resilience and a desire to overcome objections. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A friendly phone manner. The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.
