About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial A&D Representative to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the commercial sector, working closely with architects, designers, and key decision-makers to showcase our premium range of surfaces. This is an exciting opportunity to represent Signorino's natural stone, terrazzo, and porcelain products, as well as Woodcut's luxury engineered timber flooring. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the commercial market, contributing directly to the growth and success of both brands.
Reporting to the Director (Commercial), you'll leverage your sales expertise and relationship-building skills to identify new opportunities, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional service. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a passion for high-end design products.
Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts within the commercial sector Represent Signorino and Woodcut at key A&D industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Provide expert product guidance to architects, designers, and specifiers, offering tailored solutions for their projects Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for your accounts Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for the client Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and customer database using CRM software Collaborate closely with the showroom team and other internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support to clients Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments About you: Proven sales track record with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders Experience in building and nurturing long-term professional relationships Proficient in CRM software and managing a sales pipeline Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Previous experience in sales or customer service within a relevant industry (architecture, design, construction, or high-end product sales) is essential Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools We look forward to receiving your application.
