Salary: £54,793 – £60,326 depending on skills and experience What you will be doing: You will be responsible for supporting the Programme Delivery Lead and Product Owner to ensure that the team meets its shared objectives.
In addition, you will be: Planning work using agile process Defining & developing system requirements Developing systems architectures, capabilities, and concept options Leading stakeholder engagement through workshops and ad-hoc events Involvement in System Integration, Test, Evaluation & acceptance definition Guiding and influencing a diverse and highly skilled community of specialist engineers and team leaders Leading a team of experienced engineers Leading delivery of command & control and information across the enterprise Your skills and experiences: Degree educated in a STEM discipline or equivalent relevant qualifications/experience Experience of aircraft systems Experience in use of one or more of the following frameworks: NAF, MODAF, TOGAF, Archi Mate and Sys ML Experience with standard architectural modelling tools e.g., Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Sparx EA, Moo D, CAMEO, Capella, Teamcenter Understanding of Requirements process and associated tools, e.g., DOORS, Teamcenter, Archi Mate, TOGAF, Certification Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.

The FCAS Command & Control and Information (C2 I) engineering team: You will be part of an FCAS Command & Control and Information (C2 I) engineering team delivering the Assessment Phase and Implementation Phase of the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) programme.
The team uses an agile work planning process to define system requirements and develop systems architectures, capabilities and concept options for the future combat air system.
The C2 I team leads the delivery of command & control and information across the enterprise.
The team exploits all sources of information using resilient networking and communications to generate common understanding across all domains and environments.
