Columcille Centre | Assistant Manager

38 hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Initial 12-month contract – further extension beyond this likely but subject to funding and review of role by the Council of Management.
Role Columcille have an exciting opportunity to join our team in a new post of full-time Assistant Manager.
The postholder will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the effective management, development and quality of the service.
The Assistant Manager will take lead responsibility for some key areas, as well as deputise for the General Manager.
A minimum of five year's experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and an SVQ3 in Health and Social Care is required.

Columcille is a creative day service which offers a wide range of activities for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
Activities include gardening, cooking, pottery, arts and crafts, drama, music, dancing, printing and woodwork.
Our approach values the uniqueness and gifts of each person and supports people to develop their skills and do meaningful work and activities in a friendly social environment.
