Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter with a strong background in working on architectural homes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional quality. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while contributing to a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities: Execute painting projects on high-end architectural homes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming. Apply paints, stains, and finishes with precision, using both brush and spray techniques. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on architectural homes. In-depth knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret scope of works and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
