We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lease and Compliance Administrator to join our growing team in Maroochydore. If you enjoy being challenged, excel at managing fluctuating workloads in a busy environment, and are eager to support an experienced team, this could be the opportunity for you.
As part of our established management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property managers and large portfolio clients. The workload often moves in waves, and you will need to be skilled in managing your time effectively during both busy and quieter periods, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities in this role will include: Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and team members.Assist with the scheduling and execution of rent reviews, lease expiries, and the preparation of key documents.Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable tasks.Maintain compliance registers for over 1,000 tenants.Collaborate on proposals for new management opportunities.Monitor and manage a high volume of emails, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.Prepare REIQ and other property-related documentation.In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following: A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to fluctuating workloads.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, or the ability to quickly learn new software.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and an ability to stay organised during high-demand periods.A team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.You will benefit from a professional, learning-based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.
